If your mobile number has changed, please let us know here. We will send you an activation code for your new mobile number as soon as possible.
The UWP has set up a corresponding support organisation to support its insured customers in using the mobile app. Please contact 061 337 17 67 or info@uwp.ch if you have any questions about the app.

If you have any questions about the content of the app, especially your personal insurance numbers, we ask that you use the email function in the app. This is the fastest and most effective way for us to process your request.

Have you perhaps already registered? Please try logging in with you mobile number. If that still doesn't work, please contact the UWP Support.

We are unable to provide a secure code over the telephone for security reasons. Please get in touch with the UWP Support and you will be sent a code by post as soon as possible.
